Deposits/Cancellations/Guaranteed Numbers:
A deposit of $ 100.00 is required on confirmation of a booking and the balance payable at the conclusion of the function or within 7 days.

Guaranteed numbers are required 3 days prior to the function and will be charged according to this figure or the number of people attending, whichever is the greater. If the function is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non refundable.
